I got the muffler and the whole exhaust pipe a few years ago, and i still got a receipt that says lifetime warranty.

First, read the receipt. The warranty may be on the muffler only, not the pipe-and may not cover labor either.
There are many reasons a car can be loud. You could have an exhaust manifold or gasket problem.

The warranty is probably only for factory defects. If the muffler is rotted out they probably won't replace it for free. The only way to find out is to go back to the place and ask them.

Yes, but those only cover the muffler itself. You pay for the labor, clamps pipes, hangers,etc, etc, .
