I believe the middle one is a broadcast address.. depends on the netmask too.

Class C addresses. First 2 are probably from your LAN. last one may be outside address. Try whois search on the last one and you will know who owns it. Also try to use "Ping " in command promt to see what result comes out. It may give you name of the machine which has this address.

Those are called IP addresses. every computer has it's own, and every website has it's own too.

usually these numbers are associated with internal ip addresses, are you on A lan?

The las one appears to be internal to your router!
