You could have any one of a number of infections. This is DEFINATELY time to go to the doctor. Some are harmless and will go away by themselves, some are QUITE serious and require antibiotics.

You got some type of infection that caused you to have diarrhea for four days. And four days of diarrhea is a bit long. Any idea on what you ate?
The blood in the stool could mean a lot of things. I'm thinking since you didn't have blood in your stool for the past four days, it could just be a tear in your rectum.
But to be more sure, make an appointment to see your doctor. They will probably do a blood test, urine test, and a couple others to find out what gave you diarrhea in the first place.
Lastly, whenever you have diarrhea, you want to drink plenty of clear fluids (apple juice, water, broth, etc.) to replace what you are losing.

Maybe it's just an irritation from all the diarrhea you've been having but where there is blood, you probably should see a doctor. Especially if you are feeling bad and not eating much.

you might just have a iratation in your lower digestive track, try Imodium, its an over the counter product and it will hepl tou harden up tour stool, in the meantime stay away from sugary drinks, pops, etc. if it still presists a few days later you might wana go and c a doc. or if geting really bad pain. Hate to say it but it could be as small as a cist or just a bad meal, or early singhs of cancer.
