Sequoia is the shortest word that includes every vowel.
Facetiously is every vowel in alphabetical order.

If it's the fact that it contains all five vowels then it isn't unique. Unique means one of a kind and there are lots of words with all five vowels in so that can't be the answer can it? Unless, of course, you've misused the word 'unique'.
