Maybe he took it somewhere... have you checked all his drawers? Under his bed? In the closet? Just check every possible place in his room. If it's not in there, move to the next room that he hangs out in the most.

I would find my boys uniforms on the closet floor / in the washer (not turned on mind you) / in their bat bags / never the same place twice. Will your son not tell you? Does he not want to go to the game?

under the bed, in the back of his underwear drawer, the kitchen cabinets (seriously - kids will put stuff anywhere!) the closet floor, bottom of the laundry basket, my son hides stuff behind his tv stand... good luck!!!

his room, under the bed, the closet, behind the door.
the bathroom, behind the toilet, in the car, in the laundry room, a siblings room.......
