how big is your tank? Do you have hiding places? Those would be the two biggest factors in determining if can put more fish in your tank. It seems a little strange that they lived together for a year and a half and then four died. Maybe it was some other stress that weakened them severely and the last one just finished them off. Did you do a water change shortly before the deaths. Did you check your ammonia and nitrate and nitrite levels?

Angels are territorial like any cichlid. They should be kept in singles or as compatible pairs, unless the tank is very big. If the tank is anything less then 30 gallons you don't have room for more then one. If you simply stuff more in there you'll be running circles with the same problem.

yea she probably though the tank was hers. How big is your tank? Like all animals, if space is limited, they will fight to have as much as possible. If you have a 10 gallon tank with 14 fish in it, get a bigger tank. There should be at least one gallon for each fish in the tank. (ex. 10 fish in 10g tank)
