My Name is Emily.
I know its like the most popular name and everything but how do you like it?
My middle name is Veronica after my mom and I know Emily Veronica doesnt sound the best but how do you like the name Emily?

Emily is pretty. Names are very important in life. I help hire people for my company, and people with nice, "normal" names are often more reliable and qualified than people with difficult or ethnic sounding names. Emily is the name of someone I would hire. Some names that I think are nice and normal, without being too average are: Emily, Susan, Lucy, Ella, Emma, Jill, Katherine, and Yvonne (said the correct, French way-- like EE-vahn). I think Emily Veronica is a very pretty name. Since your middle name is after your mother, if you have a daughter someday, it would be nice to give her Emily as a middle name :)

I adore the name Emily. And I think your middle name sounds good with it.
I like the name so much that I named my daughter Emily Beth
She is now 27 years old.

Emily is a great name! I have 2 friends named Emily, and though you are right about it being common, it is a very beautiful and elegant name! :D

yes i like it its very pretty and girly, however i wouldnt name my own child emily as its a bit too popular and wouldnt like her to have a name where there were 3 others with the same name when she goes to school.

I think it is a beautiful name..that is why it is so popular. When I was pregnant we concerned Emily and call her Emmie, but I ended up with 2 boys. :-)
