Why not? Mine did when I had to go in for an operation and I sent him one when he got sick. All it is is a card wishing the person well, It's not a personal thing some when some one sends a get well card. I've sent get well cards to people that I've known or not known at work or at school. I'm sure that all of you have done the same when they pass the card around for everyone to sign.
