I would contact a family law attorney to find out for sure about the law where you live. You will get a lot of answers here from people who will most likely be guessing or giving info based on their experience in their state. I would think you should be able to change visitation and he is being very unreasonable. You might need to go to court to have the visitation changed however since he isn't even keeping her the whole time he is supposed to have her, he is already in violation so you could use that as well I would think. Again, I would contact a family law attorney because they will be able to tell you for sure. You may even be able to get a 30 minute free consultation.
