I have Cingular,I been with them for a week now.I have the Samsung red sync phone and Im in Georgia.They now switched to AT&T.Does any 1 have this company as their provider,do u like it?how long u been with them?,what type of phone do u have ?

I have the same phone and the same provider. I've been with them for about 6 years now. They're good for me because everywhere I go, I always have signal and the line is always crystal clear. It's just annoying because every time that someone is going to ask me about my provider, I don't know if I'm going to say AT&T or Cingular. Dammit' AT&T/Cingular or whatever, stop changing your name!

I have been with Cingular for about 3 years and the same phone, a free LG C1300. I have never had any poblems and my phone still works great. Here are a few tips you can use:
Check your Mobile phone's serial number, key in the following 5 digits on your phone: *#06# - A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. If your phone ever gets stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They will be able to make your phone totally useless. No one will ever be able to use it again.
Imagine your cell battery is very low. To Activate, press the keys *3370#
Your cell will restart with this reserve power and will show a 50% increase in battery. This reserve will be charged when you charge your battery.

i have AT&T/Cingular and have been with them since November 2006. i switched from nextel whitch dosnt come in 90% of the places my at&t phone does. i like at&t except for that sometimes my SIM card dies and i have to get a new one (this has happened 2 times since i hav had my fone) i have the samsung sgh-c417 (black) and i like the phone pretty good but wish it had a MP3 player like the SYNC does. im thinking of getting a SYNC or the Motorola RAZR that has the MP3 player. well i like at&t a lot!
