I'm starting to think that I am pregnant. I have been nauseas when I wake up in the morning, I can barely keep my eyes open while at work, I get dizzy if I walk from my desk to the restroom (20 feet) and I have been urinating a lot more. The only problem is that I have what seems to be my period. It started Sunday afternoon and when I woke up this morning nothing. It is much lighter than my normal periods used to be but I still used a tapon and panty liner (although it wasn't full).

But my concern is the urinating part. I used to use the restroom about 4 time a day (to urinate), but now I have been 4 times already and it's only 2:30pm. I have stopped worrying about getting pregnant but this situation can't get out of my head.
I want to take a test but I think I'm going to wait until Saturday to do so. So, to all of you out there, please share your stories and opinions about what you think is going on.

And I'll keep everyone posted once I take the test on Saturday.

Also it does not burn/hurt when I urinate, nor does it have an odor. My urine is lighter in color (soft yellow/clearish).

It could still be a UTI even if it doesn't burn, if you are not pregnant you should get to the docs for a urine test to rule out a UTI.

In early pregnancy I had to go to the loo about twice an hour. An implantation bleed is very very light and pink in colour. You would not need to use a san towel or tampon if it was an implantation bleed - you would only notice it when you wiped. Also it wouldn't last for longer than a day really. Do a test - it's the only way to know for sure.

When I first got pregnant with my daughter, I had my period each month for the 1st trimester and and continued to bleed during the whole pregnancy. Are you under any stress? (aren't we all) but stress can mess your system up. You can be obsessing about becoming pregnant and can talk you body into thinking it is. With my daughter, I had my period but the first months that I bleed it was lighter than normal and each month it came later and later. Never could understand how come. Maybe you should definitely get pregnancy test and take it in the am as soon as you wake up because that is when the hormones are the strongest. I did urinate quite a bit more when I was pregnant but are you drinking more that usual?

Good Luck to you and hope that this helps.

Some of the first things could be symptoms of pregnancy. Frequent urination usually means more than 6 or 8 times a day. But if you are drinking alot of water or other liquids that could cause you to have to go to the bathroom more often. Usually in pregnant women, the frequent urination won't come about until a little bit later in pregnancy. Your frequent urination could possibly be a sign of pregnancy but it could also be a sign of a urinary tract infection. You may want to go the doctor to be sure.

It sounds like you could be pregnant, but I always missed my period altogether the first month and the second month I spotted alittle bit when I was supposed to get my period. If the bleeding you are having is a lot lighter than usual, you could be pregnant. Are your breasts tender at all? Getting dizzy is a huge indicator of early pregnancy.

Well, I have always had an overactive bladder. But when I was pregnant, instead of waking up three times a night, I started going once every hour....so much that I barely had a goodnight sleep. To me, you definitely seem pregnant to me. If you are peeing more than usual..it could be sign of pregnancy..or a bladder infection..but judging from your other symptoms I am leaning towards pregnancy.

I usually just go maybe one or twice in an hour but I usually (when I am not pregnant) just got 3 to 6 times in a day.

Could be the beginning of a miscarriage. If it is then you will begin to bleed more and more until finally it goes away. Really, just take a preg. test. You will test positive now even if you are miscarrying.

I have read that more than 8 times a day is excessive, but I am not sure if this holds true for pregnant women.
