not everything is on a retail websites, you have to call or go to the store to find out if they have it.
im pretty sure homedepot and lowes have it.

Forget about Ge and just get another heater of any brand.

Hard to find replace with a whirlpool which you can find at home depot and Lowes Brand should not matter if the dimensions are close
