Hey, gun control nuts, what do we have to ban to prevent stuff like this from happening?

Proving for the millionth time that guns don't kill people, people kill people.

To all WWE fans: sorry to make political statements this close to the tragedy, but with America's 2 second attention span, it has to be now because it will be forgotten in a week.

Wow, I read that earlier......Sick is sick and someone always figures out a way to kill if they want to............
Though I hate guns and would never own one (I am Conservative), what makes anyone think that having gun control would prevent gun violence.
We have strict laws against drugs. "The war on drugs" but last time I looked it was still the same criminals as before.
Think the Gangs in America care if there are stricter gun laws? How many of them got there guns the "Legal" way?
Though we have a few isolated horrific mass killings (Columbine, Va tech) that is miniscule compared to the overall problem in America?
Perhaps actually punishing Gang members, life sentences for 1 armed robbery, would help make a difference.
How many of them used "Registered" guns bought at legitimate gun shows ? None.....

I am definately not a gun control nut. and I know people kill people. And I also know that the only thing that keeps prisoner is prison as any one of them will tell you is the guns. They are not as likely to go into a house where they know there is a gun and the owner will use it. the truth is people will kill people no matter what you take away.

Well genius how long did it take you to figure that out that many of us long before you came into the world already knew that that guns cannot kill people not unless they are being fired by someone at the other end Duh! now try telling us and the world something we don't no,and not everyone's attention span is two seconds long but some who think of these questions are you can tell there was no thought to them before they were submitted to be answered by the world ok.

Erm. Anyway... Gun control is a fallacy. There is a reason that the framers put an unalienable right in our constitution for us to bear arms... So that, if need be, we can rise against a government that's oppressing us, just as we did when we founded this country.

Not that we've taken advantage of that or anything.

Just look at Scotland, thier murder rate is pretty high, but because guns are outlawed the deaths are caused by stabbings. I wish I could offer a solution, but I'm not sure there is a universal one.

Yes, you're absolutely right, which is why gun control doesn't equal crime control. If people want gun crime punished, then they have to punish gun CRIME not gun ownership. My recommendation: 10yr non-plea-bargainable sentence, in addition to all other sentences, for the use of a gun in a crime, 20yr non-plea-bargainable sentence per person shot, in addition to all other sentences, if anybody is shot in the commission of the crime, death penalty if anybody is killed in the commission of a crime. Implement this and I guarantee you gun crime will drop to virtually 0 overnight.
