He is a doppelganger.
When it is convenient he just changes shape to slither away from scrutiny.
Just watch, next time he will shape change into a SCOTUS justice.

Here's one congressman's plan to confirm that Cheney is not part of the Executive Branch.
Illinois Congressman Rahm Emanuel has come up with the right response to Dick Cheney's attempt to suggest that the Office of the Vice President is not part of the executive branch.
The House Democratic Caucus chairman wants to take the Cheney at his word. Cheney says his office is "not an entity within the executive branch," so Emanuel wants to take away the tens of millions of dollars that are allocated to the White House to maintain it.

Mr. Executive Legislator, Senior Vice President,
Douche B. Cheney, seems to always have an answer,
& doesn't care how preposterous it sounds.
The guy whose face he shot, he even got him to apologize.
I wish someone would fry this sleazebag.

you ask a good question and reading the answers you got
lead me to believe that nobody understands it.
He wears two hats in the same manner that many Gov't workers retire and go out and secure their social security.
the President Protempt of the Senate is in fact a part of the
Legislative Branch. and as Vice President he is in the Executive Branch.
Talking about sending a man to jail and crazy slander is not answering your question.

Cheney is a crook and deserves to be in jail. If he's refusing to let the agency oversee his docs, he has something to hide for sure. He's at least for now buying time and getting rid of incriminating evidence.

Dick Cheney considers himself above the law,"written law ",that is. I wonder who'll be vice-president if something was to happen to ole "bad-ticker" Dick,if the pressure of this investigation gets too much for his old cold heart to handle..?
Some "laws" are hard to get around !!
