I got my maternity clothes from a few places. Motherhood Maternity has really nice clothes altho they can get a little bit expensive unless there's a good sale. Target was my favorite store. They have maternity wear by Liz Lange, the pants fit very good and the shirts were really cute. They also have nice clothes for work. I got a few things from JCPenny and Sears. And OldNavy also has really cute clothes that aren't too expensive. The OldNavy where I'm from didn't get maternity clothes until after I had my daughter though!

there is no such thing as early maternity clothes. if you are going to spend the money for them, you should buy some that will fit you well into the prgnancy.

If you re not quite big enough for maternity clothes, look for a belly band that can be worn over unbutoned pants and help hold them up. You could invest in some larger shirts or maternity shirts right now and get the bottoms later.

BTW I don't know where you are located, but Walmart, Target, K MArt have inexpensive maternity clothes. For more conservative wear, try Motherhood Maternity, old nave, gap online and MeMe Maternity in the mall.

The maternity pants that are meant to wear under the belly are great. I have a couple of pair that I wore high and am moving down as I get bigger. that way i will be able to wear them hopefully to the end of the pregnancy. I also rolled down the ones with the full panel until I got big enough for them to fit right. Maternity clothes are too expensive to buy some to wear only for a couple of months and then buy more.

I don't know where you're from, but I recently had lots of luck at Motherhood Maternity. I took a trusted friend with me and tried on tons of stuff. I ended up with some good deals. A lot of stuff was on sale when I went last week. I'm 15 weeks and I'm too big for my normal clothes but not quite big enough for a lot of maternity stuff. Motherhood was an awesome find for me! Good luck!!

Try Karen's Maternity, it's a website that has a full directory of online maternity stores. It also tracks sales and coupons for maternity stores.
