like google earth... but not

None. Few satellites in orbit actually provide close up, high resolution images of the Earth. Those that do, are typically government owned and not accessible to the average Joe. The most accessible, "real time" satellite images are from weather satellites but those don't provide close ups or very high resolution images. Google Earth is your best bet for that type of imagery but it's not live or even close to live. And, no, the imagery and accessibility shown in movies like "Enemy of the State" does not exist. :)

Weather satellites are designed to take pictures, rather than live video, because time-lapse is the only useful video tool. Most satellite images are from geosynchronous orbits (23,000 miles up). It would be pretty boring to look at weather patterns that appear to barely change from that height above the Earth.
