to get my husband to realize i do more than change diapers why do guys think that the only thing stay at home moms due is sit on there asses

oh for everyone who says get out and go shopping i cant go anywhere without him hes the driver i dont know how to drive yes i know how retarded but he says he'll teach me then never does.

also my kids are 1 year and 3 weeks old so they are a handful by themselves
he complains that i dont have dinner cooked every single night.

Because they're retards. Go online and find out how much money a stay at home mom should make in a year, just Google it. It'll blow his mind. Tell him to try it out for a week, do everything you do, and see how much time he has to sit on his ***. Not much, if any.
I work full time, am married, and have 3 kids. I struggle with keeping everything in line, somehow I do. Isn't it fun being the woman? The responsible one??

It is very easy for a husband who work outside the house all day to assume the house where he relaxes after work is the same place the wife has been --doing the same - all day.

You need to educate the poor fool. Keep a list of chores you are doing, remind him in the morning that you will be out during the day doing this or that. BE CONSISTENT ABOUT IT. Repetition is the only way to get through out think hard skulls sometimes.

I did not realize how hard my wife worked until I took a month off between jobs. I was expecting a week of late mornings sleeping in, lots of sex, hammock time -- you get the picture. DANG was I wrong.

ive always thought ahead to how i would go around this problem and you know what? i got an idea for you.
this might sound really crazy but what you do is you get your recording camara and you record yourself all day. you take it with you everywhere. if one of your kids can hold it for you even better! so as you cook,clean,change diapers, chase little matthew, scrub the chair where they dropped their mash potatoes and separate them when their fighting, then answer the phone and the door at the same time, get the groceries, and pick up the mail, and ect. get it all on video. make it fun to watch. the reason for my idea is because guys are soooo visual, its hard for them to actually imagine what you do if they dont see you, so a video would help them understand and connect with what you do day to day. theres guys who are more understanding but when you have a husband who isnt, then the video is better proof that you dont just sit around all day.

Because we have eyes and understand how long it takes to do stuff. When I'm at home for the day I can get everything done by 10:00 AM which always leaves me the rest of the day to goof off. Why do you women think us men don't realize that you women are just full of it.

Not all guys feel that way. I am a SAHM and I do NOT sit on my butt all day that is for sure. I keep thehouse clean, the laundry done, the yard taken care of, the kids appointments, the cars maintained (I do it myself) and anything else that I can do to make my married life easier for both myself and my husband. And believe me...he knows and appreciates it!

My husband thinks all i do is sit around all day and do nothing. I dont stay at home, i run a company and a mother and a housekeeper, laundry person. Men just like to think that what they do is always more and harder than what his wife is doing.

Let him be mommy one Saturday while you go shopping with your mom. Then his tune will change. Make him bath the baby, do laundry and wash the floor. Oh yeah a nice dinner would be nice too.
