I vote for it. Then one of her Hollywood friends can mix the ashes in with their cocaine for a proper send-off.

I think incineration for a driving offence (even a repeat one) would be a bit harsh. Or did you mean incarcerated?

I presume she has been released because she has served the requisite portion of her sentence (and I consider the practice of automatically reducing the time actually served provided the inmate maintains good behaviour is an essential way of providing inmates with an incentive to behave).

She should stay free so long as she is not convicted of any other offence for which imprisonment is the appropriate penalty.

I certainly don't think that, as a celebrity (of however dubious provenance), she should receive preferential treatment but neither should her treatment be more harsh than her non-famous fellow offenders.

If she did her required time and served her sentence, then she should go free. By law, she can't serve additional time beyond what she was sentenced to serve.

But I see no reasonable justification for electrocuting, burning her at the stake, or otherwise setting Paris Hilton aflame (dude, I think you mean "incarcerated").

She did her time, so lets wait and see if she learned from her experience. Hopefully she will be a better person from the experience.

Personaly i think she needs to learn a lesson i mean she has so many young fans that look up to her she needs to be punished for acting so stupid.
