Yes! And we have half birthdays, too. Six months after your real birthday, we make HALF a cake. One round cake layer, cut in half, iced, stacked on the other half = half a cake. I encourage everyone to do it.

No I dont. But I dont celebrate my own birthday, fathers day, or pretty much anything unless my kids want it, or it involves fire, explosions, or dark spirits.
but for those who are more romantic then me, faux holidays are great. It helps bring a couple closer together or even fun for friends. When was the last time you celebrated the 3 Monday in a month? Its a great holiday, and it happens all the time.

Me and my husband celebrate our wedding anniversary on Halloween, thing is we aren't actually married! It's the date we first well y'know,so it has been our anniversary ever since. It's quite funny really because we get cards from people that don't know the full story.Occasionally we even have a party.Works for us!

You should call them Luniversareis. That is what I do. To celebrate them, do something inexpensive. For example, a picnic or go dancing etc. I started calling them luniversaries because every month the moon completes a cycle. Get it?
