I would remove the carpet and clean it with a good carpet cleaner in the driveway, You should spray bleach water on the floor and let it air dry before putting the carpet back down. If you cant pull the carpet you could try some color safe bleach and scrub it into the mat before using a carpet cleaner.

Mold means water. Find out where it's coming from first. Maybe a heater hose. Then get a carpet cleaner to clean up the mold.

Take a good carpet soap and clean next get some carpet cleaner and clean infected area , Now find out where the water is coming from, hope this helps

Use a good carpet cleaner for auto upholstery/carpeting.
Let the interior air dry on a hot day, preferably with the doors open to let sunlight in. (sunlight kills mold.)

a good carpet cleaner can remove it. once removed I would make sure you had something in the car to remove moisture from the air to prevent it from coming back.
