can anyone tell me roughly how much helium for balloons cost

really varies......

UK...

you can get helium with balloons and strings from Woolworth's £29 or asda £19......the balloons only stay up for 12 hours though.
both are easy to set up and offer a variety of coloured balloons....the woollies balloons our covered in small stars and the asda ones are plain.

if you want the balloons to stay up for longer then you have to get them treated...this can only be done at a professional shop.
check out your yellow pages to see what party shops are in your area......avoid the large card retailers as they charge a bomb!!

No, but I know a man who can!

A lot of shops that specialise in party favours hire out helium gas cylinders, so I would make that your starting point. You could ask them if they sell small cylinders (like those Sodastream CO2 cylinders). Happy hunting!
