chipset coolers are not allways nessecay as if they are they are normally per fitted on the motherboard
however in some circumstances nick your motherboard can get extremely hot, especially in countrys that have hot weather and a chipset cooler can aid the smooth running of your p.c
the Akasa AK-210 Blue LED Chipset Cooler(http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-026-AK&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=399)is a inexpensive cooler specificly designed for your chipset, and is easily installed using the thermally conductive adhesive transfer tape.
chipset coolers may seem a bit over the top to some people however if your using a intergrated video solution this can help keep the boards temperture down, especially while playing games
good idea nick
all the best mate!

If you plan to overclock, it is definately a good idea to get one. If not, it is usually unnecessary unless you have some specifc reason to believe your chipset is overheating. Here is a good model:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835116018
