Does nvidia geforce 8800 ultra is better than ati radeon hd 2900 xt? I like to buy a graphic card but i don't know which of this two.

Bill Smith's answer would be correct when comparing the 8800GTS to the 2900 XT, they are pretty close. But the 8800 Ultra blows the 2900XT away, of course it is almost twice as expensive. So it basically comes down to how much money you are willing to spend.

Get the 8800. It has better features. Faster in games. The 2900 XT is a good card just I think the 8800 ultra is better.

yes 8800 ultra is a BEAST. its atleast twice as big and 3 times as heavy as your motherboard. this thing is huge. im saving up for one.
