I need them for a trip to Washington DC in September. The letter I received said that I will be doing a lot of walking, so comfortable shoes are essential.

Where ballet flats not the bright colored kind the nice ones like the vevety ones thoes are comfortable and pretty

for walking I like my brooks tennis shoes or my dansko lolita sandals. Dansko makes great walking shoes, but they aren't the dressiest of things.

umm, try these shoes i have them and theyre a little different but they're very comfortable and cute. they make ur legs look longer when you're wearing lets say capris or bermuda shorts and they make ur legs look more muscular and tan:

try ballet flats get some black ones are cool also you might wanna get some print ones like ones with cherries on them

Well... flats could be comfertable- but not if you step on a rock! ha ha.... My mom wears "born" shoes - they are very comfertable and very fashinable!
