I don't know about the wooden ones but Discovery Toys makes a plastic set called Marble Works that is awesome:

I bought a marble track set from Discount School Supply i bet is a lot cheaper than any wood set and just as fun.

The video looks like it has parts from many toys in it some tracks made for marbles and others perhaps made for trains amongst others. Here are some sites offering these type of toys they are sold under various names depending on the maker; the type of toy is often called a marble run or marble track.
