With the exception of the 2007-W "Burnished Uncirculated" issue, all the $5 AGEs without mintmark were minted at West Point Mint in New York, and for a 4-year period from 1997-2000 also at the San Francisco Mint. Those with "W" or "P" are Proof issues.

,With no mint mark it was minted at the Philadelphia mint. Going through the Red Book it looks like all of the uncirculated dates have no mint mark, but the Proofs have a P. the last P was the proofs of 1993. After that he proofs have a W and were minted at West point and the uncirculated version has no mint mark.
