Honestly, I would have to know what the $3000 is for in order to tell you. I'm assuming it is for something that you will have no assets to put against.
If you can't get one because your credit is so bad, then best get to asking family and friends. That's about the only option.
If you are needing the $3000 to pay off another loan that you owe on and are behind on and are about to have repo's, etc., then you are doing nothing but delaying the inevitable. You can only play the rob Peter, pay Paul game for so long before it catches up to you.
However, if it is for other reasons, then you'll need some type of asset (aka collateral) for the loan, and the value of that asset will have to be MUCH higher than $3000 since your credit is bad. Any chance you have a car that is paid for that you can use as collateral?

Your credit score of 550 won't by itself keep you from getting a loan at a dealer selling motorcycles. You will no doubt have to pay very high interest. You don't say what your expenses are or if you are currently behind on any obligations which might keep you from getting the loan. Without more details it is impossible to tell if you qualify for a loan or who might loan you the money.

Re-examine your need for the $3000. Sounds like you'll have to do without whatever it was you wanted.

Beneficial, they love giving money out but the interest rate is in the high 20's because they have high risk loans.
