In a friendship, the friends are always there for each other and don't get into fights constantly. They also understand each other and know that their friendship is more important than things like boys and clothes. No matter what, friends should also be nice to each other and let each other cry when they need to cry. Most importantly, the friend should be trustworthy unless they have a very good reason.

First of all, I look for a person that is a very loyal person that will stick by me in the good times and the bad times. Secondly, I look for a person who is honest. Honesty is the biggest thing in a friendship because if your friend can't be honest with you, what's the point of having the friendship. Finally, I look for a person who knows how to have fun. A friend who can have fun is a friend I want to be with for a long time.

I look for someone who is totally honest. They can understnad where i am coming from and i can understand the same. They must be someone who I know i can count on in a time of need. And i believe i can read people really well and if they seem the least bit shady or snobby then i would rather not be their friend. I want someone who is going to put in as much as i do with a friendship. I have three who i can totally trust with my life. The others are my friends but i can't totally trust them or get to close to them

well i look for honesty in a friendship,loyalty and most of all your compatibility.you can't hang out with someone if you both don't have anything in common.it would be boring.someone who makes me laugh and laughs at my silliness.a friendship is real when you both are having fun and understand each other.i give my loyalty to my friendship and when shoulders are needed mine will always be there.

i look for a friend that is loyal to me, and always has my back. if a friend cant stand up for u, they aren't worth your time. i look for a friend that has the same interests as me and enjoys being around me; not a bunch of other people when we are together. and someone who can keep a secret and keep information to him/herself when i tell them. i also want a friend that wont gossip about me. being two faced is SO common and i really want a friend that can stand up to that and keep one face. lol. i want a friend that can make me laugh and shares the same humor as me. long story short, i just want a true friend that is always there for me. :) ~em

What I look for is someone who is willing to do their part...not someone who just wants to take things from me, but cares about me...who is willing to put in effort, compromise, be helpfully honest, not mean...and mostly, an open communicator.
I give these things and expect them in return!
