I use to do that quite often, but now I have changed and my life is so much better that I tend to visit the happy times more often. Happy thoughts seem to make a happier me.

Terribly often. It is like trying to sleep under a railroad with a never ending train on it. I close my eyes as tight as I can, put my hands to my ears, curl under my bed and nothing can keep the memories away. At times I take any possible distraction like walking at night, workout, movie after movie, meeting with people, getting my self overworked, etc. but nothing works.

I do tend to visit them a little more than I should. Thank God I don't have that many to dwell on! I'll put on some AC/DC and snap out of it real quick!

I visit them every time I visit my family, but it is a healing process. Once I have found closure, it makes me feel fulfilled; I just don't live in the past...that would be stupid.
It reminds you of where you came from, the obstacles you overcame, and it makes you think before you act.

I stay in Texas and the R social gathering around right here is synonymous with dictating morals, whining approximately too lots government and then turning around responsible the government.for no longer doing extra (like the oil spill) And all of us be attentive to what the form says yet we additionally comprehend why the word 'separation of church and state' has been utilized in courtroom before, who stated it and what it describes!

as little as possible.. and i only do it so i can grow in life from it..
all the hurt people get... we tend to either let it out right away, or hold onto it forever, or try to forget it but it's always there...
i'm the type than tries to forget it and move on, but its ALWAYS is there.. it never leaves..so one by one ou have to go back to those hurtfull things and FIX it..so you are free from the bondage of that hurt.. it's so hard to face your hurt, but once you solve it and fix it..you'll never feel better

History forgotten is history repeated.
I revisit my most hurtful memory everytime I get dizzy, or lose my balance. Leftover from a head injury, courtesy of my ex.

When I was in my teens I use to think about bad stuff that happen a lot but not really anymore. I've learned to get over the past and move on.

Hmm, not too often. For me, I don't purposely go out of my way to dwell on it, something in my environment sparks a memory.
