If you have already a seperate breeding tank set up, you should put her in there right now, it will be easier on her as well as the fry
Don't forget to put real plants in your breeding tank that the fry can hide
Guppies give birth about every 4 weeks
Here is also a link about breeding guppies

I'm glad to hear you have a separate tank for her instead of a breeding net. This will be much less stressful for her and the fry (baby fish). You should know though that ALL of your female guppies are probably pregnant. Guppy gestation is only about a month long. You should put her in the tank about a week before to help eliminate stress too close to birthing which could cause her to miscarry. So, if it's been a few weeks and she's getting really large, go on and put her in the other tank.
You will be able to tell when she is getting close to dropping her fry (giving birth) when she starts to look boxy. Her sides and belly will flatten. When this happens, she's within a couple of days from dropping.

Put some plants in the breeding tank so the babies will have hiding places. If the female is well fed she won't normally eat her babies.
To tell when she is about to give birth, look at her belly... the gravid spot will look like it's about to burst. A good sized female will produce from a dozen or so up to about a hundred fry, with about 30 being average. She will give birth around every 5 weeks for several months from a single mating.

She will get a very dark shadow underneath herself where she will give birth. When she is giving birth, it needs to be quiet so cover the tank up so it is dark. This will stop the other fish from noticing the birth, as also the mother because she will eat the babies, so be careful. You can end up with as many as 15 or so babies.
When you think she is finished, take her out the separate tank, because as said, she will eat the babies. Be prepared for some 'freaky' babies, I had a couple with two heads, uggh!, they don't tend to last too long though!

Just watch out b/c the parents will eat the babies. Give them a place to hide, put the parents in a breeding box (hangs on the side with holes for the babies to get out) or put the babies in a seperate tank. Their will be lots of babies, tough. And you are sure to have some survive no mattter what. Enjoy!
