i wouldn't. A) it's illegal with some big consequences and B) the 7th book isn't out yet. besides if you have access to a computer i think you can afford to buy the real, legal books.

Nowhere. I seem to recall reading something where Rowling says she as yet has no plans to release e-book versions of her novels. And if she ever does, they will be for sale rather than free.
