maybe i've been looking at this screen to long.

My suggestion is to take the little pink pill with the "v" on it.

you can try taking advil - 4 of them. i wouldn't take any more unless you are around a doctor. you can also try coffee (or another source of caffeine), which sometimes helps my headaches.
you might have sinus issues or a migraine, in which case the advil will probably not work, and you should see a doctor about the pain. there are meds that can be prescribed...feel better soon.

Goody's headache powder works well...and stopping staring at the screen is another great remedy

Its called.....click Start.....click Log Off?....confirm Yes.


Wait 45 seconds and then log back on....that should be enough time for a pesky headache to go bother someone else.

straining your eyes will make you get a headache.but it could be a number of things .do you have sinus problems .they can give you headaches to .if it doesn't get any better you should see your doctor

Take 2 Aleve's and go lay down. You can massage your palm real hard too.

Squeeze the tips of your fingers for a while, it really works! I would take a break and go outside and just sit.

Try pushing up on the inner part of the front of your eye socket, right underneath your eyebrows.... this is some sort of pressure point...

Run as fast as you can towards it.
Lean forward just prior to impact.
