When I try to sync songs to my Sansa E250, it sometimes does not put the picture of the album on there, even though it may appear in Media Player 11, like it's there in the advanced tag options. Also, sometimes Media Player 11, says it accepts the pic in advanced tag options, but when I click apply and ok, and go back and look it's not there. This is really steaming my broccoli. Any ideas? I've already updated and re-downloaded and installed Media Player.

Of course you have album art added onto Windows Media Player 11 the right way, but that's not the same way you add Album Art onto your sansa. If I am not mistaken, your question is "How to add album art onto your sansa?" Some album art can be added through Windows Media Player onto your device, however, many don't. You must use a different method, done manually by hand. But if you have the patience it can be done.

First things first, Connect your player. Go to Google.com. Hit "images". You will search for the image of your album. Type in the name of the album your looking for. The album should appear, if not, type the artist name in the search too. Find the picture one way or another. After you found it on the net view the full size image. Right click, and go down to "Save Image As". The destination of where you would save your picture is in your Sansa, so you must go to My Computer > Sansa e250 > MUSIC > artist > album. Name the image as "Album Art" in jpg(jpeg) format. Some users may not be able to see the MUSIC folder, to see it, go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View > Show hidden files and folders (< select that). Now try again, it should work. Repeat and do this for every album that doesn't display a picture on your device.

If for some whatever reasons you didn't understand what I wrote, Sandisk will guide you step by step until you get it. Go here for the "how-to" video page: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1468 Look under "Sansa MP3 Player" option 3 or 4, depending on the mode your player is in.

Now as far as your second question... Are your songs downloaded? If they are they are probably locked so that you can change anything on it. Sometimes doing it over and over will allow the picture to stay there. If there are bought... There's probably something wrong with Windows Media Player or your songs. Have fun & Good luck.

Don't use Windows "sync" feature. When you rip an album on your computer, Windows Media Player automatically goes to the web and gets the album art. Just copy the entire album folders from your computer to the Sandisk memory (including the album art pictures).

Hope that i've resolved your prob.
