I know I am NOT! Lol! It has taken me a long time to get even MARGINALLY good! I am terrible at it, but I do try to practice a lot.

I mastered it in a big SUV and when I took the drivers test I used a smaller vehicle. unofortunetly I had 3 cops in my car when i took the test 2 of them in training.. and when i did the zigzag part of the cones "the left front tire touched the line" and the bastard failed me because of the training people.. I parallel parked in one move!

No, it's the only part of the driver's test that I failed. When I'm in a place where the only parking option is parallel, I'm usually on foot or using public transportation anyway, so it hasn't affected me.

I haven't parallel parked since my driver's test 9 years ago-I'll keep driving until I find a normal parking spot.

Back in the day in NJ where I first got my license, you didn't pass the test if you couldn't parallel park. So, I am pretty good if I am not driving an ark!

Yes, I am good at it. But I also have all so many years behind the wheel. I have driven everything from two wheels up to including ten wheelers. As time goes, you'll get the hang of it.

When I had my driving test (a long time ago), I was so far away it was pitiful...I told him if he gave it to me anyway, I would never parallel park again,,,and I haven't 45 years later!!

Not really....depends on how busy the street/road is before I dare attempt. Keep practicing...I've driven for nearly 20 years and still dread it! With a passion!!!

I am horrible at parallel parking. If I can't drive right in to a spot, forget it.

Not bad actually, but I still rather park in a mall, backing into my space so I can make a fast exit.
