I don't use ketchup. I hate the stuff. I use spicy mustard and mayo. Ketchup is an insult to tomatoes.

Both. Sometimes I put mustard on the top of the burger and ketchup on the bottom.

i put both on there right along with tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle and cheese. but if i could only havemustard or ketchup, i would always choose ketchup!
