Police are reporting she died first. Then his son; then him.
Not much room for doubt

Unfortunately people have the right to express what they want to. I wish that they would stop trash talking Benoit as well, but they will always talk. They won't look at Benoit for the amazing wrestler he was and how much he helped out other wrestlers when they were down and out i.e Eddie. I will always respect Benoit for what he did in the ring. It's just really hard to believe that he could kill his wife and son and then himself. He must've snapped or something.
R.I.P. CHRIS AND EDDIE.

It seems like he was supposed to fight for the ECW title at Vengence, but left (after murdering his wife and kid) due to a "family emergency". The purpose of returning back to Atlanta was to kill himself due to the guilt he felt after the murders. Anyone can see that this is basically the most "matter of factly" scenario that occurred, and you do not need a college degree or medical certification to piece together what happened. Just common sense after reading reports from the police that were released to the public.
If it is true about what steroid use and it's aftereffects, then I'll definitely go with that "roid rage" aspect as told by medical experts that are investigating this case. Maybe it was also due to getting transferred from Smackdown to ECW.
Very sad, but stuff happens, and it happens to the best of us..... RIP Chris and family.
I'm sorry but there is no line between true and false for wrestling fandom..... It's a soap opera designed to enhance our viewing pleasure. People watch reality TV, Broadway shows, concerts and sports..... Wrestling is entertainment and something that people love watching. I've watched wrestling since the 70's but think that Chris still murdered his wife and kid. Does that make me a fake fan, watching wrestlers from WWWF, AWA, NWA, WWF, WCW from Georgia, Mid-South Wrestling, Big Time Wrestling from CA, NWA from Florida and others?????
Pro athletes murder, movie stars murder, rock stars murder and sports entertainers murder..... What's the difference if there is solid proof showing he did it?

Investigators believe Benoit (pronounced ben-WAH) killed his wife, 43-year-old Nancy, and son Daniel during the weekend and then himself Monday. The bodies were found Monday afternoon in three separate rooms of the house, off a gravel road about two miles from the Whitewater Country Club.
it clearly says the believe it doesnt say he did do it says they beleive and thats based solely on what they saw forensic investigations will answer all questions

Well i doubt it was his wife. She was found strangled and they found him hung in his home gym. I'd like to know how she could hang her husband then strangled herself!!!
