Depends on whether you mean under strictly Sumo rules, or in a more open fight such as MMA. If it's the latter, you should have no problem since sumo wrestlers are taught to lead with their head - which in MMA is asking for all kinds of trouble. Way back at UFC 1, savate fighter Gerard Gordeau had no difficulty whatsoever in disposing of a sumo wrestler, Teila Tuli, in less than a minute.

Uhhhhhh...well, I ummm...Jeez, without any weapons I'd lose. Especially against your avatar. Is that you?!?!?! Wow. But if I could, I'd fight a sumo wrestler with a gun. I don't even have to hit him. But I guess that wouldn't be fair. Oh well, it's my final answer.

why would you fight a sumo wrestler ?
but if i had to.. i'd run around him in circles poking him until he gets annoyed and leaves.
