Yes they would celebrate it every year. It just won't fall on their birthdate every year.

I don't see any reason why they couldn't celebrate it every year on Feb. 28 or March 1 or around then. I mean, my birthday is July 27 but I don't always celebrate it on that day, especially if it falls on a Monday or some other inconvenient day. Party it up!

They celebrate every year...just not on their actual birthday
