i have tryed to call it back from a cell phone cause thay keep calling my cell phone and it always says call failed

i have the phone number its not blocked or anything jsut cant find out who it is... its and 816 area code witch is kansas city mo.. the number is 816-389-2899.. and thay have been driving me nuts. i answer the phone and thay hang up

Try to dial *69 after they call. Sometimes it works, but not if the number is private.

yellow pages.com and do a reverse phone number check or white pages to get the # you want you may have to pay if its not listed I do it all the time...Those silly women calling my husband.give me the # I will call it for you
