NO God made woman with a fleshy film right inside the canal. So you can't get pregnant with that being broke and if its broke you could get pregnant but the sperm has to really be at full speed to get into the canal and have enough speed to make it to the eggs. So no. It can't happen. Though I have heard of people say they did get pregnant that way and had to get married. Mostly Preachers Daughters say this to get out of trouble.

Look for unusual star formations over your house at night.
Any method of introducing semen [sperm] into the vagina from semen-wet fingers to turkey basters will do the trick.
Please note that reality denial is a very powerful drug, and girls will often deny that they have had sex when they actually have.
Get a pregancy test immediately. Contact Planned Parenthood regardless. Anyone who asks a quesion like that was not awake during sex education class.

Just because there was no penetration, does not mean your 100% safe. If he ejaculated on the outside of your vagina it can seep in and POOF! your having a baby! Now the accuality of that happening is not very high, but HEY you just asked if it was possible. So yes, yes it is!

yes, it is possible.
the women has to be about to have sex.. as in her vagina comes in contact with a penis... men can pass semen (for a better lack of term) before they ejaculate.
so lets say a guy did this.. he is about to have sex with this girl... she then changes her mind but only after the penis has touched her vagina (by slightly being inserted)
so then she would naturally consider herself a virgin
