I glanced at the code and it seems she uses javascript, html code (divs and tables) and css. However I never use such sites so I am not able to tell what code she wrote herself. Probebly nothing, most likely she downloaded a "layout". Search for myspace of friendster layouts, you will find lost of them. The layouts are just hmtl, but uglyier. A moving background is to be avoided --> 1999.

you can right-click the profile - and then click "get source code" or "source information" - something to that extent -
it will open up a window with the html code
you can then just copy it and change relavant info...
