Try to log the bleeping - it is a code which relates to a specific problem on your PC.

Once you have noted it down - do a web search for "beep code" and whatever your computer type is - e.g. "beep code dell"
That should give you a link to a page which will help you to identify what the exact problem is.

The beeping indicates that an error was detected on the post routine, and the motherboard cannot continue the routine. The majority of these errors are related to memory, Are your simms installed securely is the first question. If they are, then by removing memory a piece at a time and then starting the computer should either localize the bad ram, or prove that the problem is somewhere else.
Next most common problem is a bad line out of the power supply. Swapping that out, or testing with a mulimeter will again localize or eliminate that as a problem.
Beyond that would be a motherboard problem. The processor beeps because it is not finding the bare minimum of components to function.

The beeps signify a POST (Power On Self Test) failure. The type and count of beeps gives a diagnosis specific to the BIOS chip in the system. Generally means a memory problem (loose memory chip in its slot?) or a Video card problem (loose video card in its slot?) Or, is it possible that you have accidentally set the screen resolution to an incompatible setting? Or, disconnected the monitor cable? Usually not too serious or difficult to repair. Try the simple stuff first. Post the computer type and model for more help.

I'm afraid you need to provide more information. There are a world of things that could be wrong from your computer. Motherboard could be burnt out. Power supply could be dead. Memory might be fried. Video Card DOA. Monitor could be swimming with the fishes. More info please.
