There is potential for good money. It depends though on what you intend to do. If you want to work out of an established business it is likely to be a more stable schedule, but you will probably only make a percentage (and not a large one) of their price. If you go out on your own the potential is HUGE, but you have to make good choices and market yourself well.
It also depends on how many other massage therapists there are in your area and how competitive their rates are.
All in all, it is a great career, but you have to go about it in the right way and be willing to work hard for it.
