Extra Sensory Perception
It's when you seem to perceive things with no apparent valid reason for them. Kind of like premonitions I think.

It depends on the school. It could mean extra time for tutoring, or extra time for detention. One school I know has BIC-- Behavior Intervention Class. To other people, BIC is just a pen! Have to ask your nephew, I guess.
