could i still start playing the guitar... even if i have never played one.. in my life??? [ im fourteen.. and the instrument, in my opinion is absolutely great...] any suggestions, or reccomendations??? thanks.:)

Of course you can! It's never too late, and you're still young. If you're just starting out, I believe Electric guitars are easier to play than acoustic, or rather you progress quicker on them. Though, it all depends on the style of music you want to play too. Also keep in mind that electric guitars are more expensive, or at least can be. Good luck with it all =]

The guitar is one of my favorite instruments. My nephew is learning how to play and he's 11. So i suggest go ahead.

Heck yeah you can start playing guitar.. I didn't start till I was 18 and I've been playing for about 25 years. Loving every minute of it...

yeah go for it. i started playing when i was 13. i just bought a cord book and learned them and then i got songs off the web to play. its worth it!
