Bought one and shipping it to me in 3 days. When i take it to the shop to fix on, would it be an easy swap or would they have to tune the carbs etc.

The Nexus is specifically designed not to need a carb re-jet (assuming you have a stock air filter).

Can't harm to do a plug chop, though...

I bought a Motad 4 into 1 for a XJ900 some years back (this is the same company). The fitting instructions said "no re-jetting required", yet once it was on, the bike ran like a 3 legged sheep. Trust me, you won't need telling if a re-jet is required - you'll know straight away!

Definately no rejetting required. I have had one on my Kawasaki now for 3 years with no problems at all. Finish is holding up well, the bike is used year round, also sounds good

If you are changing the whole exhaust out I would defiantly have the carbs checked and possibly re jetted to run a little richer, don't want to run to lean and burn a valve or anything.

The Nexus is a new name for Motad, they are designed to not require rejetting.
