Starting your car with electronic devices, like the radio and air conditioning, turned off, will put less strain on your engine which translates to better gas mileage.

Running the air while driving causes your car to work harder and thus, burn more gas.

If you are questioning the use of these items in an automobile, then yes, the air conditioner uses more gasoline, but in the newer cars, very little more than without the use.
The radio would have no effect on gas mileage at all, as the transistors use very little current form the battery or the alternator

Yes, it does.
In case of AC, it's hardly noticeable.
As for the radio... maybe about 2 cents worth of gas in 5 years.

Not at highway speeds..slightly more in the city..better to be comfortable than cranky..
