light stretching, ice/heat packs and wrap it... best to stay off it if you can....

Theres cream you can buy at the store that provide quick relief for pulled muscles- i think Icy-Hot is the brand. That works temperarily. Another quick solution is to put a bag of warm water over the hurting muscle to aid blood flow, then slowly stretch the pulled muscles, making sure not to stretch too much. You do not want to use your muscles cold. Although the pain probably won't be gone by tomorrow, a combination of the two treatments will definitely help.

Use a heating pad, and rest them. The best way to heal a pulled or strained muscle is rest. I hate to tell you this but cheering tomorrow can only make it worse, your muscles need time to heal. If you must cheer anyways, make sure to stretch really well, and use a heating pad when your finished.

pulled ALOT of muscles is a little hard to believe but to relieve soreness and tension in some of your muscles not in your hands gently massage the area with your thumbs and then put some ice on it after the ice melts go to bed for a little wake up good as new

stretch it out but not to much, you can hurt it more. Also drink plenty of water and take some vitamin C and magnesium (you can just eat a banana). Before you go to sleep you should take an anti-inflammatory (advil or motrin).

Do some stretching exercises and take a relaxing hot shower... Then stretch really well the next day.. You'll still be sore but, not as bad....
