Without taking any medication i don't like taking headache tablets.

Depends upon what type of headache it is....I sometimes find it effective to drink a few glasses of water and relax...maybe a massage...some soothing music...but don't let it get too much of a grip or it'll be harder to get rid of.

mad crazy sex...believe me i gt headaches all the time and if u go really crazy its soo good u stop tnking abot the pain..bt if hes makn u feel dizzy then perhaps turn off the light and try a quite room and sleep! xxget better soon! xx

Wrap a scarf around your head, headband-style and tie it tight. Lie down and close your eyes.

Sweetie get away from high frequency noises like fluorescent lights. Try noise cancelling headphones (lile Boise) I anm very proficient at Hypnosis. You are in my power lol
