It is rather simple; you install the indoor 'theramometer' on the inside of your front door, and the outdoor unit on the outside of the same (important) frontdoor. Put on airco, and leave the front door half open.. the day you read the same temperature in & out, you might have found a solution to the upwarming of the world.
Thank you for your contribution.

If you mean the combined indoor-outdoor, at some window through which you will put the cord for the outdoor (which must be in shade).
I can tell you however that since the indoor temperature is measured near the window, it is affected by the outside temperature.

You place the indoor thermometer indoors and outdoor thermometer outdoors. simple isn't it?
Sorry for being sarcastic, I talked to hard_and_tender too much today, I think is contagious :)
Ok. lets be serious. The indoor thermometer can be placed anywhere in the house away from ant type of heat source and the out door temperature in a shady place where it doesn't get direct sunlight.

Well, you can put it wherever you want to measure the temperature, but since you are in section Greece I guess you are in Greece, so I just hope the thermometer has a scale that includes really high temperatures! We are in the middle of a heat wave here!

Again wrong section. Please, don't click submit, submit, submit without reading what's above. Yahoo answers oftenly suggests sections for your question but isn't really accurate most of the times. So, be more careful next time, in order not to lose 5 points posting your question in the wrong section, and getting answers that won't help much for the same reason: wrong section.
Good luck!
